7- It is possible to make predictions about the future by monitoring the developments in Turkey and the world economy and tourism.
8- Service delivery process in tourism enterprises are learned and carried out in a way that ensures guest satisfaction.
9- Different cultures are recognized and understood, effective communication is established with guests and collaborators, and presentation skills are developed.
